About Us

Nancy Katzen lived in the Reading area for thirty-five years. As a registered nurse with fifteen years experience in maternal-child health, she believed that the beginnings of healthy and nurturing parenting start before the baby is born. Seeing the baby during the pregnancy makes the baby more "real" for the family. It helps not only the mother, but also dad, siblings, and grandparents develop a bond with the expected baby.

After an heroic battle with carcer, Nancy Katzen died on December 20th, 2009. She devoted her entire professional career to advancing the lot of pregnant moms and their babies. Baby Preview was just one small part of her mission to advance the childbirth experience for expectant families. We will continue to deliver our services to our client families in the way Nancy would advocate.
